What is a HOA?

A Homeowners Association (HOA) is an organization that is responsible for maintaining the common areas (of a subdivision, apartment complex, or gated community) and protecting the value of the properties within, by setting and enforcing rules and guidelines for the benefit of all property owners and residents within the community.

Membership

If you own a property within Skyview Estate, you are required to pay the annual Homeowners Association (HOA) fee. In doing so, you become a Financial Member.

The funds received are strictly managed and go towards improving the security and safety of the estate, maintaining the common areas, and supporting community events and initiatives.

Financial Members also receive special benefits.
